Abraham Hicks on Letting Go Of Negative Feelings

One of the most popular of the Abraham Hicks excerpts that I uploaded to my YouTube account is one entitled “How To Let Go Of Negative Feelings”.

The excerpt itself has Esther Hicks / Abraham Hicks going through a monologue from a workshop recorded back in 2004. In this particular workshop-opening monologue, she’s talking about how we’ve been socialized by society to put our attention on things that bother us, and gives specific examples of what the result of this negative attention has been.

And of course, after connecting to us with contrast, Abraham then then goes on to talk about how to turn things around.
